Terms and Conditions of Service

0-2000 Web Hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by us when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

0-2000 Web Hosting do not allow any of the following to be stored on our virtual servers:

Adult Material
This includes all pornography, erotic images, or other obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of 0-2000 Web Hosting.

Illegal Material
We do not allow under any circumstance's illegal material to be stored on our servers, such as copyrighted works, illegal MP3 Sites, or Warez sites.

Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. It is highly recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your virtual server.

Users must not participate in any form of unsolicited bulk e-mailing or spam.

Bandwidth
If your bandwidth reaches the points where it has an adverse affect on other clients we reserve the right to disable your site until you can reduce your bandwidth usage. We will contact you to advise you of our options.

Virtual Server Web Space
Commercial use of web space is permitted.
You are responsible for the content of your web pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they may include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate UK law.

Guarantee
Our 30 day money back guarantee excludes the refund of domain name registration fees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
0-2000 Web Hosting reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership.

If a customer contravenes 0-2000 Web Hosting's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Customers may cancel their account at any time.

During the first month customers who wish to cancel will be entitled to a full refund for their hosting fees, however any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will be charged for. Fees charged on a prepay basis are nonrefundable.

0-2000 Web Hosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. 0-2000 Web Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by 0-2000 Web Hosting and its employees.
